His practice focuses on trucking litigation, where he handles all phases of litigation, from fact investigation through resolution. He regularly manages extensive discovery, conducts in-depth legal and medical research, and drafts complex motions. Patrick regularly performs rapid response investigations, assisting clients in on-site investigations and early claim strategy immediately following a catastrophic loss.
